Quilt Wall Hanging Dedication, May 2024
Pastor Michelle Fountain on May 19 dedicated a new quilted wall hanging created by Pam Hardiman to mark the anniversary of Linda Thomson's life-changing ski crash. Here is her blessing:
"Loving God, we dedicate this beautiful gift of love to the United Church of Ludlow and all who enter here. We thank Pam Hardiman for creating this inspired work of art. May it remind everyone of Emmanuel, God, you, with us, descending like a dove of peace even and especially in times of trauma and turbulence. We are grateful for your healing graces on Linda Thomson over 50 years ago and the gift of her life that has touched so many, she truly embodies the gifts of the Holy Spirit. May this quilt she has donated open the window of faith, hope, and love to all who gaze upon it. Amen."
