Weekly Offerings Offerings and other cash receipts for the week ending August 14 were $2,397.00. The costs for each week are $1,438.46 (derived by dividing the annual budget by 52 weeks). Altar Guild Brenda Dansingburg and Jean Eggleston are the Altar Guild people during the month of August. Coffee Hour A time of fellowship following the service of worship is held in the social hall. From the Executive Board Bob Kottkamp has announced that he will not stand for reelection to the office of Church President at the coming Annual Meeting in November. The Board asks that members of the congregation give serious consideration either to volunteering for the post or nominating others whom the Board might encourage. Bob is open to discussing the responsibilities of office with anyone including those potentially interested in the position and those wanting more information as part of nominating others. He does not believe it incumbent upon him to find a person to fill the position. Guest Organist Our guest organist this morning is Connie Wilcox. We thank her for being with us today. Saturday, August 20, 2016 at 7:00 P.M. Selections will include medleys from Les Miserables and George M. Cohan, as well as spirituals and several other pieces.
