Regarding Individuals in the Hospital or Sick at Home It would be greatly appreciated if you know of individuals or family members in the hospital or sick at home, to kindly inform the pastor, Rev. Soles for Souls One person’s unwanted shoes can help provide meaningful opportunities that many in developing nations need, which is why Engel & Volkers has launched a SHOE DRIVE to collect 5,000 pairs of new or gently used shoes. The shoes that Engel & Volkers collects will be delivered to Soles4Souls – a non-profit social enterprise that creates sustainable jobs and provides relief through the distribution of shoes and clothing around the world. Founded in 2006, the organization has distributed more than 30 million pairs of new and used shoes in 127 countries. The United Church of Ludlow is participating in this program. During the month of May, you will find a drop box in our outside front entrance. Kindly make your shoe donation. Engel & Volkers will pick up the shoes on a weekly basis.
